Landslide Communications offers a range of training, coaching, consulting and advisory services to assist our clients’ overcome challenges caused by barriers to communication.  Our products and services are not simple academic constructs. We have applied and proven our frameworks and methodologies to be effective in high threat environments and critical responses across the globe.

We equip our clients with the knowledge, skills and confidence to successfully negotiate, or adapt, to the most complex of communication challenges. Training (Our Approach)

Our training has evolved over two decades of operational application and is strongly influenced by a range of research disciplines including Clinical Micro Skill Practice, Neurophysiology, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Vertical Stage Leadership Development.  Our team maintains operational and collegiate relationships with some of Australia’s most respected crisis-training professionals, informing the ongoing evolution and development of our training products.  If we don’t know the answer, we probably know someone who does!

Our practitioners are industry qualified (Certificate 4 Training and Assessment) and hold extensive experience, building and delivering dynamic training programs ranging from Specialist Communication and  Leadership in Crisis, to broader Operational Safety skills in a government context.

Our staff are not qualified clinicians. We do not offer clinal psychological services aimed at treating the symptoms and causes of mental illness. Our services are restricted to providing frameworks designed to manage some of the most disruptive behaviours commonly experienced in the workplace by persons demonstrating disruptive or damaging behaviours.
